1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 3666bet platform and all its associated services. The user ("you" or "member") refers to any person who accesses, registers on, or uses this platform.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

5 Bonuses and Promotions

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A 20x wagering requirement applies to this bonus — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• A specific promotion cannot be claimed more than once from a single account, unless the promotion's own terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses may result in all accounts being closed.
• 3666bet reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus, but this will not affect wagering already in progress.

5.3 Cashback

6 Gaming Rules

All games available on the 3666bet platform are operated according to defined rules. The individual rules of each game can be found in the game's interface.

• All games are operated using a Random Number Generator (RNG) or certified live dealer technology.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error or interruption, 3666bet will review the bet situation and make a decision.
• 3666bet reserves the right to void a bet if an unusual outcome occurs due to a software error or network issue.
• In sports betting, if a match is abandoned or ends before the scheduled time, the applicable rules will be followed.

6.1 Sports Betting

7 Prohibited Activities

• Placing bets or playing games using automated bots or software.

If any such activity is detected, the relevant account will be immediately suspended or closed and the balance may be confiscated. Legal action may be taken if necessary.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

3666bet may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of the Terms.
• Opening or operating an account using false information.
• Sufficient evidence of fraudulent activity is found.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period (generally more than 12 months).

A member may also request closure of their own account at any time. In that case, the account will be closed after all ongoing bets are settled and any withdrawable balance has been paid out.

9 Limitation of Liability

3666bet is not liable for the following:

• A game or bet being left incomplete due to loss of internet connection or a problem with the user's device.
• A transaction being delayed due to technical issues with third-party payment providers.
• Any loss to an account resulting from the member failing to keep their own login details secure.
• Temporary service interruptions during system maintenance or upgrades.

3666bet always strives to ensure the reliability and security of the platform, but cannot accept direct liability for a user's financial loss in the event of unforeseen technical incidents.

10 Data Privacy

Members' information is not sold to third parties. However, it may be shared with relevant authorities if legally required or for the purpose of preventing fraud.

11 Changes to Terms

3666bet reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified through the platform before changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be taken as the member's acceptance of the new terms. If a member does not agree to any change, they have the option to request account closure.
